how our grading works

When we refer to Grade A+ we are talking about the best of the best in the used category range, they are Like New Condition phones, they wont have any marks or signs of use, it will be in pristine condition. 

While clearly a used device the phone will be in excellent cosmetic condition. The front and rear housing will show little or no sign of wear, with only very minor scratches or marks and no cracks present.

Indicates the phone will be in good overall condition. The front and rear housing will show signs of wear and may have some scratches present from general day to day use. 

These handsets are quality used devices that have been fully tested and are in excellent working order. For the age of the handset they have been well used and will show signs of wear. This includes, but not limited to, scratches, marks and scuffs. They have been fully inspected and rigorously tested through our quality control program to ensure that they are in excellent working condition and for your complete peace of mind are backed up by our comprehensive 6 month warranty. The cosmetic wear is purely that – cosmetic, it has no bearing on functionality! Most of the wear can be hidden by a case and behind a screen protector!
